As such, there was no need to release new music this soon. However, after Lil Durk announced that his new album would be out this Friday, YoungBoy quickly announced he’d be dropping the mixtape the same day. This news follows reports that the two artists are still involved in a feud, despite claims from DJ Akademiks that the beef had been resolved. Both YoungBoy and Durk denied this on their social media accounts. Durk stated that he is not friends with anyone, and YoungBoy called out Akademiks and his industry friends.
